Arrive at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Check in at the office and collect your hire bike. Depending on who I’m travelling with I sometimes choose the Island Explorer

Depart Hillarys on our 7:30am ferry and I always love sitting near the window and if it’s nice weather with the sun out the Sun Deck in always a must

Arrive at Rottnest and collect your bike at the ferry. Start the day with heading to the Rottnest General Store to get the snacks for the day and sneak in a cheeky pie from the Rotto Bakery for breakfast

Arrive at Rottnest and collect your bike at the ferry. Start your day of adventure on the Island, I head straight to the beach from the ferry to enjoy the beach before the crowds! My must-go beach will definitely be Little Salmon Bay

Head off to start the beach hop! I always have to have a dip and snorkel at Parker Point, Salmon Bay, Ricey Beach, Little Armstrong Bay and The Basin

After our beach hop around the Island stop off at Pinky’s Beach Club for a drink

Cycle back into the Main Settlement and enjoy an early dinner at Hotel Rottnest, relax here until the ferry boarding starts

Depart Rottnest Island and find a seat anywhere and relax after a tiresome day on the Island

Traveller Tip!
Bring a long sleeve flowy shirt to chuck on whilst cycling to the next spot. Make sure to bring sunscreen and a tight hat.
